So in answer to your concerns, batteries are like any other part in a vehicle. They can go bad at anytime regardless of how new or how old the part is. Second, car washes are not a part of ToyotaCare. ToyotaCare is cost free service and roadside assistance. Car washes are a service we offer at the dealership level when possible. Depending on how busy the detail department is, the car wash service may not be available. This is a free service we offer, so unfortunately it may be available at all times.

This was my third time going for service, with my 2020 leased Toyota Rava 4. I’ve made all of my appointments on line, and have requested a car wash, was as advised it a free service. Every time l’ve arrived to bring this vehicle in for service l always advise the Toyota representative that l requested a car wash on line, and advised them as well. It seems once the oil changes have been completed, unfortunately my car wash wasn’t each time , the Toyota Representative has advised me that service was completed. On January 31, 2022 , this was the third incident which was regarding a car wash request. Unfortunately, when l sit and wait, the car wash was never completed. It’s very frustrating when l have to seat back down once again when l have requested it on line, and advise the representative as well. So the service wasn’t satisfactory to me as a customer. Well, this is my second lease with Toyota, and based on Toyota’s response l not pleased at ALL with the service, nor the response that l’ve received as a loyal customer. When it time to lease again, in the near future let see how l’m treated as a Toyota customer than.
