Sorry to hear about your experience. If you could perhaps provide more details on your experience, we can either address your concerns or try to better the experience for the future. You described the wait being too long. Was this in regards to the finance department? Taking delivery of the vehicle? If paperwork was missing from your purchase, did you reach out to anyone to request we provide the paperwork?

We waited 3 hours for the finance department. People that came after us, left before us. Our total time there was 5 hours, and we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted. I reached out to a manager about the paperwork, and no one ever got back to me.

How do I respond privately? I unfortunately do now know the name of the manager I left the voicemail for, all they told me was that he was the manager of my sales person Diana. The general sales manager Mario sent me a text as well asking how my service was, and I expressed my concerns to him, but have not yet heard a reply either.
