Selling cars above sticker, regardless of scarcity, is bad public relations. Forcing undesired add-ons is also negative. Reminds me of Brad Benson Hyundai, and you know how that ended... I'm very disappointed the service that I had today and I don't think over 20 years customer should deserve this. 1). I was not told how much will be charged when I bring in my car to check the humming no don't think over 20 years customer should deserve this. 1). I was not told how much will be charged when I bring in my car to check the humming noise when driving higher speeds. I got shocked when the service advisor told me the charge is $140.00 plus tax.I believed Toyota should let customer know the charges in advance. 2). On 10/25/21 II called customer service to check the tire's warranty and he told me the tires are in 60000 miles warranty . Now one of the front tire is uneven wear, so I asked the service advisor today can I get the replacement tire? but he told me I need to contact the manufacturing to get replacement. I was not told about this when I purchased the new tires from Toyota. More
