Ana gave me multiple test drives of the same vehicle(Supra 3.0) when other dealerships were not offering a test drive of some vehicles less than half its price(Honda Civic Type R) .Special shout out to Paulo Almeida for helping me out with the delivery of the vehicle. 5* Sales, I am very happy. Unfortunately that is not the same with the finance department. WATCH OUT!!!! I work as a Data Scientist for a finance company. I don't think they knew that and thought I was a noob (I am a recent graduate and may be that painted a picture of a scape goat?). The loan options they presented to me was 'predatory' and a complete rip off. I understand we are all here to do business and make money, but these were unacceptable standards. Overall, sales is one of the best experiences. Walk in with your own finance options and you will be good to go. More

I am super happy with my new Rav4 Prime! After dealing with a dealership in Brooklyn, I found Toyota of Hackensack because not only did they have the car I wanted in stock, they also were not tagging on a with a dealership in Brooklyn, I found Toyota of Hackensack because not only did they have the car I wanted in stock, they also were not tagging on a surcharge like all of the dealerships in New York City and Long Island. Angel was helpful and knowledgable, however you posted signs that all should wear masks but none of them wore masks. I was uncomfortable due to covid.
