Excellent I was happily surprised with my scheduled maintenance appointment. I always like to have the car serviced where it was purchased. This time besides I was happily surprised with my scheduled maintenance appointment. I always like to have the car serviced where it was purchased. This time besides having regular maintenance, I requested pick up and delivery too. I felt as if an added luxury took was added to my service. I received a call that service was on the way to pick up my car. The Toyota men arrived 'ON TIME' and returned the car when they were finished. (I care for my 95 yr old Mom, I don't like to leave her alone too long. Excellent Maintenance Service I purchased my 2020 4Runner here and had a great experience, no hard sell or pressure. Since then, I've brought my SUV here for maintenance service (v I purchased my 2020 4Runner here and had a great experience, no hard sell or pressure. Since then, I've brought my SUV here for maintenance service (versus to a location closer to me in Edgewater) and have had nothing but professional, friendly, attentive service. Last weekend right after a regular maintenance service, I drove over wet asphalt which was unmarked. Stephanie, my awesome service advisor, said to bring my SUV back to the dealership to see what they could do. They got most of the thick asphalt off my ties and made recommendations along with suggestions for what to watch out for. They are so helpful here, both sales and service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy, lease or have their car serviced! More

The salesperson seemed partially present during the process. We completely understood that you all were short staff because of the pandemic, however the quality of service feel short. He showed the two process. We completely understood that you all were short staff because of the pandemic, however the quality of service feel short. He showed the two we came to see but didn’t suggest any other cars. He asked if we wanted to tint removed from the windows and we said yes. After hours of waiting for paperwork to be finalized and car being prepared, we were very disappointed to walk outside and see the tint had not been removed as requested. The salesperson did not offer an apology. Instead he asked again if we wanted it removed as if we hadn’t ask for it to be removed hours ago. We decided to just leave and not spend more time waiting. Another issue we had is that he wasn’t very clear in explaining the finance options. It seemed as if he didn’t want to take the time. Thankfully, someone from the finance department came and clearly explained everything. I would recommend this dealership but not this particular salesperson. More
