Not only the staff were accommodating (as I had to reschedule at the last minute because of the aforementioned storm conditions), the facilities were very clean (bathroom, lounge, etc) and helpful with my needs (as I had to use your guest WiFi to continue working). Lastly, Stephanie helped me in acquiring a discount-price with my periodic-maintenance bill. The staff was friendly and worked hard to get me into something with my less than perfect credit. The only gripe I had is that the sales person was very loudly talking about my credit and how hard they w something with my less than perfect credit. I knew that I didn’t have great credit from the start and said that upon walking in, but that doesn’t mean everyone in the dealership needs to be aware of that. Also, they told me that I was confirmed for a rate, I signed for that rate and then told me after I signed that the rate increased. I clearly still purchased the vehicle, but kind of felt like it was a bait and switch of sorts. I also was offered more for my trade at the Honda dealership, but the car would have been more so I went with this. Overall, I’m content as I needed something right now. More

could not be more pleased My car would not start on Friday AAA started it and said it would be ok. 5 hours to buy a car! Imagine having the VIN number and exact price of a car, and still taking 5 hours to buy the car, at the price asked by the dealership!
