The worst customer service experience of my life! I bought my truck online, and when I received the truck there was a chip in the window. 2 days later, when I was getting into it to go get it fixed, I I bought my truck online, and when I received the truck there was a chip in the window. 2 days later, when I was getting into it to go get it fixed, I noticed that it had spread across the window requiring a full new window. I reported this to the dealership and they passed the buck to the shipper, who still has not responded. Then after waiting for over 2 months for my license plate registration , the dealer tells me I need to go weigh my truck!! Amazing that a Toyota dealership does not know how much a Toyota Tundra weighs! Many of my emails, calls and texts were never returnedI Or they told me they would get right back and then nothing happened! know it is Covid19, but a simple follow up is still possible, even from home! This pattern is seen from the General Manager, right down through the ranks. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership, and would cation anyone shopping online to look somewhere else!
