Thank you for your feedback. Contrary to your statement, Tim disclosed the vehicle was not here and was in transit. He also did disclose that the vehicle was slated to arrive this past Sunday. After the vehicle arrived, the vehicle was run through service which is customary. The vehicle needed at four new tires and brakes among other items which he also disclosed to you. Being transparent with a client would be the hallmark of competent and considerate sales associate. At no point, did Tim ask for you to pay for the entirety of the repair bill. Due to the amount of work that the vehicle needed, he simply informed you that we would not be able to offer the $1000 discount that was discussed on the phone.

I must admit you have a story for everything Instead of being forthright with the public you choose to double down on your deception and stand up and condone your salesman’s loaded pitch. You should be ashamed. You represent the face of Toyota. You only add insult to the company you work for. No reputable business I know would willingly and cleverly deceive the customer. In short you’re a fraud. The only truth you admit is you stand by your employees lie which makes your act even more deplorable. Good luck! I’m here to warn any potential future customer DON’T DO IT! There are plenty of other more honest dealerships.
