Excellent buying experience from start to finish When an unfortunate car accident left me stuck several states away from home without a car, I found myself unexpectedly car shopping in an unfamiliar When an unfortunate car accident left me stuck several states away from home without a car, I found myself unexpectedly car shopping in an unfamiliar place, and honestly ended up at Toyota of Hackensack simply because it was the closest dealership to the hotel where I was staying. I wasn't set on buying at all, and could have rented a car and done my shopping back home in Virginia, but I wanted to at least see what was available. I was impressed by the huge selection of new and used cars, and ended up finding a very gently used Sienna at a great price. Mike, the salesman who helped me, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient; and when I decided to buy, all the other employees who helped me through the sale process were just as personable and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and stocked with a coffee machine that dispenses Starbucks coffee, and there is a small kids' area that was entertaining to my 3 year old while I was busy filling out paperwork. It was really a positive experience in every possible way, and I'm sure I'd be coming back to this dealership for my routine maintenance if I were a local. More
