Made an appointment to have my Corolla serviced oil change. Waited one hour before a service adviser came out to show me a list of things to be repaired totaling over $500.00. I than told him to just change. Waited one hour before a service adviser came out to show me a list of things to be repaired totaling over $500.00. I than told him to just do the oil change and he walked away. Another 45 mins later I walked up to the front desk to ask where my car was and checked and said didn’t the service advisor Paul call you and also I did request a complimentary car wash which I found out that that dept didn’t open until 8am. But still I arrived at Toyota at 7:15 am for an oil change and had to wait until 9:15. 2 hours not good. My visit to the service dept at Hackensack Toyota was disappointing. I want to inspire the company to act and make improvements that will benefit both employees and customers. More
