I really liked my salesperson, but the dealership dropped the ball regarding paperwork and I was unable to drive my car for a period of time due to registration issues involving paperwork required to registe the ball regarding paperwork and I was unable to drive my car for a period of time due to registration issues involving paperwork required to register out of state. This is probably not very common, but it made my experience terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying from out of state. In state, I’m sure it’s fine. More

The salesperson was super helpful and made the process as painless as possible. The finance department is horrible. The contact said nothing to me after turning down the extended warranty. Turns out I was charged double for sales tax. In addition, there were $1000 worth of fees that were not pointed out or noticeable at time of purchase. Charging $800 to handle "registering" the car is absurd. I would not buy another car from this dealership. More
