Was researching the Tundra and between Dustin Franke and Kam Foo, we had to make the deal. Professionalism and efficiency made this usually tedious process, a breeze. Service dept needs better training so clients don't fall behind with recommended maintenance, when the service advisor doesn't let them kmow, then hits them with it when 1 vehicle is 10k behind and another behind with recommended maintenance, when the service advisor doesn't let them kmow, then hits them with it when 1 vehicle is 10k behind and another 5k behind, it's frustrating and extremely costly when it could've been broken up. We bring both cars in every 5k miles and have the extended service plan on both vehicles. More
