We had a fantastic experience at this dealer. We had a very specific car that we were looking for - color, trim, packages, etc... He was extremely prompt and attentive to our initial internet in We had a very specific car that we were looking for - color, trim, packages, etc... He was extremely prompt and attentive to our initial internet inquiry and followed up with our questions extremely fast. We were having difficulty finding this car and reached out Toyota of Lancaster to see what they might have. They had the right trim/package, but wrong color. Omar Dirky, the sales person, went the extra mile and did all kinds of research with other dealers. He finally tracked down exactly what we were looking for and then personally drove out to get it that same day. He gave us a great deal and we have been thrilled with the car. Omar goes the extra mile, we really mean it. He also took time to go over every feature so we knew exactly how to operate everything day one. He also got us hooked up with the phone and operating the technology. Then he gave us some suggestions to protecting the car's finish and tinting. Extremely helpful information! Can't recommend this dealer and Omar more highly - they definitely go the extra mile and got us into a car with little effort. More
