Toyota of Lancaster is absolutely the best dealership that I have ever been to. The staff’s professionalism and mannerism was absolutely outstanding. They helped me and my family with our specific needs. that I have ever been to. The staff’s professionalism and mannerism was absolutely outstanding. They helped me and my family with our specific needs. My husband and I have always loved Toyota because of the quality and reliability of Toyota. However, we were blown away by how nice everyone at this dealership was. As a parent, car shopping with children can definitely be challenging, however, I was surprised to see how kid friendly the dealership was. In addition to the regular waiting room there was a children’s room decorated for children and playing children’s movies. The dealership also had a cafe that had a variety of food and snacks that our daughters enjoyed. Once we purchased the car our salesman went over all of the functions of the car in which I was really impressed in the new 2022 Camry. I’m so grateful that I was able to find the car I wanted and also a dealership that ensured me and my family’s needs were met. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. The car is what it is, anyone in the area looking for a new Toyota is limited to Toyota of Lancaster. I was looking for a new Toyota, the price wasn’t the issue, I did pay 2000 more than msrp price but the new Toyota is limited to Toyota of Lancaster. I was looking for a new Toyota, the price wasn’t the issue, I did pay 2000 more than msrp price but they’re not the only dealer doing that so I understand. The issue was dealing with the main boss, the “director” I spoke to Mitch, he was a very kind guy very understanding I only had a few questions for him but it ending up resulting in them reserving a car for me for a down payment of 1,000. I had previously mentioned to every party involved of the situation I was in and wouldn’t have all of the money I had stated for the down payment (12,000) but I would have in a matter of a couple weeks, I had told them about that even before the fact of them offering to reserve a car for me, they said it was fine and they could work with me, they set it aside and after even though they said they could “work with me” began being especially pushy into getting the car asap. Constantly calling while I was at work and several messages later in a day even after explaining again and again the situation. I had told them they were more than welcome to sell the car and I could wait for the next vehicle that I didn’t wanna disrupt their business, to which he replied “of course I know I can sell the vehicle it’s mine, why wouldn’t I sell it” I told him that was fine I knew they were only holding it for me and it wasn’t officially mine and even after all this agreeing with him it was almost as he was still even more upset that I was being so compliant with him. All in all, horrible time at the dealer, I only dealt with it for Toyota More
