Every time I have gone here it’s a minimum of a 2 hour wait. Even for simple oil change. I live an hour away so I must sit and wait and no one removed the homeless man yelling expletives at the tv. I have always loved the service at Toyota of Lancaster—the staff is friendly, the work is done efficiently, and I feel like my car is in good hands every time. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed to find my hood left partially open and some brown liquid spilled on the hood of my car when I got it back. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I would’ve expected more attention to detail from a place that usually provides such top-notch service. I hope this was a one-off issue, as I truly value the care and expertise the team provides. Looking forward to continuing my visits, but I hope this feedback helps improve the process! More

Very expensive for oil change even with 10% coupon. It was noted that my air filter and cabin filter are dirty (caution icon) but no one asked if I wanted to replace them while I was there.
