I'm sorry to hear you are still dissatisfied with our efforts to fix the scratch on your steering wheel. I know that at the time of delivery, our salesperson did not see a scratch, but we still had you bring in your vehicle to fix your concern and advised that we would inspect the damage on the steering wheel and do whatever we could to fix it.
