I waited over 30 min in line just to drop off my vehicle despite having a scheduled appointment. The service was for a simple oil change. Dropped off first thing in the morning. Never received a text or pho despite having a scheduled appointment. The service was for a simple oil change. Dropped off first thing in the morning. Never received a text or phone call that it was ready. Showed up end of day to pick up and told by an employee they paged my service advisor. I stood at the advisors desk for 20 min waiting. Had to seek out help from another advisor who then couldn’t locate my keys. No apologies or offers to remedy the issue. Finally retrieve my car and 2 of 4 valve stem covers were missing. Will not go back. More
