I don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment if we still have to wait 2 hours for the car in the lobby. This new system you have made it harder on the older generations population, they stru if we still have to wait 2 hours for the car in the lobby. This new system you have made it harder on the older generations population, they struggle with technology ( my mom) she didn’t like her experience the last time so she wanted me to go for her and she was right! The so called advisor, what do they advise? Nothing! All he did was check in and didn’t tell me how this process was going to work. After my mothers car was complete and paid for her service online, there is no direction on what’s supposed to happen next? Who do we see for the keys? Where’s the car? Are they bringing it out? Absolutely no follow through nor communication. I bet it’s frustrating rolling out a new process but you should put yourself in the customers shoes and think how this will affect the population you serve. More

When I arrived EARLY for my appointment the service team helped other guests that were walk ins before me and didnt get to me until 30min after my appointment time, and your team did not service my car as t helped other guests that were walk ins before me and didnt get to me until 30min after my appointment time, and your team did not service my car as they signed off that they had. I had a low front left tire before I came in for servicing and it was never rotated as stated in the invoice. Your team made me sign the invoice but then said they'd get it to me at that next Monday (care was serviced on a saturday). Based on the fact that stated maintenance was not performed and because I was forced to sign the invoice before I got alto see it, I am extremely upset and lack confidence that any maintenance that was stated as done in the invoice was not performed. I'm highly disappointed in Lancaster of Toyotas service center. I setup a time to speak with supervision and they never returned my call. More
