I came in with the check engine light on, thankfully they were able to repair it for not very much money out of my pocket. I usually get my oil change at the guys that I thought were cheaper, but when I got were able to repair it for not very much money out of my pocket. I usually get my oil change at the guys that I thought were cheaper, but when I got a price from them I realize they were actually much cheaper than them. They were fast and efficient, I had an appointment at 9:00am. They greeted me when I pulled up and went and got my service person. I dropped off the vehicle at 7am for an annoying noise in the headliner while driving above 10mph. The 2018 Rav4 has 15k miles and the nouse has been persistent for many months. The maintenance manager called me at 330 pm stating the tech could not hear a noise. Knowing that the headliner would need to be removed and no time remaining in the day, I decided to pick up the car with no work being performed and a waste of my time. I drove the vehicle home while listening to the loud and obnoxious noise. The tech should have called earlier in the day to ask about this if the noise could not be heard. I am frustrated about this and still have an annoying noise to deal with. More

They did alignment on my truck and didn’t do it right, So I when back to have than right, my truck is making a bad noise on the engine, I left my truck at the dealer for 72 hours and they told me that they n I when back to have than right, my truck is making a bad noise on the engine, I left my truck at the dealer for 72 hours and they told me that they never heard that noise and there for just to go and pick up my truck, while I have my truck after that visit, my truck did the noise again and this time I record a video, they see the video hear the noise and again they only say.... well is not doing it right now so we can’t do nothin.... but I told them... you can see the video and hear the noise.... so you know somethings is wrong.... they reply bus saying Nothing we can do.... just come back when it happens.... to mi that’s a very bad service andoooks like they don’t care about the problem.... Brakes & Rotors replaced I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It fel I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It felt like a warped rotor to me. I took it in without an appointment and got the car back the same day with front rotors and brake pads replaced at no cost to me. Can't beat that service.
