After 25 years, I had an enjoyable experience buying a car! I can't say enough about this dealership and Tim Patillo. I leased a car from here for my son 3 years ago. It was an easy experience then. I was nervous, waiting for the usual "surprises" that have always happened. The let-down after the excitement when I decide to commit to a purchase...the dreaded compromised I am forced to make..NOPE, not here. What Tim says is what you get. He is a straight shooter who will tell you the facts. He will tell you the truth, and will never pressure you to decide what is not the best for you. This was the best experience I have ever had. Not only was Tim the consummate professional, the whole team at Toyota of Louisville was a pleasure to work with. I will gladly recommend Tim and the dealership to my friends. I will be coming back when it is time to buy again. Thank you!! More
