Larry was willing to help, long after the sale. My wife and I bought a certified Highlander with Larry's help in August of 2016. It was the first time we had attempted to use it. Larry not only remembered us but went out of his way to find a car on the lot with a DVD Player, whereupon he called me back and walked me thru the process to get it working for us without me having to drive to the dealership.
