The salesman, Mike Beck, allowed me to test drive the chosen vehicle by myself, summarized the buying options in writing, (something the other dealers were not willing to do), and in general allowed me the time to make my own decision. On I researched a new 2017 Toyota Highlander on-line and promptly received a very competitive offer from Toyota of Naperville's internet sales staff. Once on-site, the Highlander I received the internet quote on was nice, but there were several other Highlanders, in the same color with slightly different options added to the vehicle. Our salesman, Mukesh Mehta, was very helpful and informative. He quickly came back with a similar deal for the model we ultimately decided on and purchased. Trade-in negotiations were short, but to our satisfaction. More
