I went to three d When my 14-year-old car died, I did a lot of research and decided to get a used car that had been owned or leased by only 1 person. I went to three dealerships, and Toyota of Naperville was by far the best dealership. In particular, my salesperson, Robert Kieda, whom I was lucky enough to get, was terrific. He immediately showed me two cars with the mileage I was looking for, and I was very comfortable with him right away. He was never pushy about anything, and he answered all of my questions about the two cars I was looking at for purchase. He went above and beyond by driving me to the dealership where my old car was to get my old license plates so I could transfer them to the 2013 Prius that I was purchasing. He was friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. He has called me twice to make sure that I am enjoying my "new" car and to answer any questions that I had. I was introduced to many of the people I will be working with to maintain my car as well as the business manager who explained everything clearly by using a desk with a computer screen embedded in it so I knew what I was doing every step of the way during the purchase of my car. Because it is a new facility, it is also a beautiful dealership with everything geared to making the customer comfortable and happy either for a purchase of a vehicle or for servicing your vehicle. This dealership uses the Naperville Test Driving Course which was wonderful! I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I bought my car at this dealership, and I look forward to getting my car serviced there. Because I purchased my car there, I am able to get a loaner car for the day whenever I need one. I also would highly recommend Robert Kieda as a sales consultant. He is outstanding! More

Less than an hour later, service work was done and Jordan found me in the waiting area and reviewed the results with me in less than 5 minutes.
