Let tell you what you need to avoid when trying to hand over a large sum of your h Ahhh the beautiful experience of buying a car at Naperville Toyota. Let tell you what you need to avoid when trying to hand over a large sum of your hard earned money to this dealership. Well first you speak to Maxine Green in Customer Care (or lack there of) Agent and strike a deal after a week or two of emails. Then she sends you the "out the door" summery. All good so far right? Then she sets up an APPOINTMENT to meet with the "New Sales Manager" at a particular time. All sounds so organized and functional, that is until you get there. When I got there, I was assuming they would know I was arriving at that agreed upon time and that the car is ready to be inspected - so that I can write that check and be on my way home. But unfortunately nobody knew who I was until they did some research, nobody knew where the car was that they was. Then the sales person goes out into the lot and start searching for this car, he finally comes back and says "they started it this morning but the battery is dead. I do have another color, would you like that one? We will not have a battery for another couple days on the car you wanted". So... Maxine apparently has zero knowledge about the cars in their inventory. Completely lied to me and has not responded to me since i inquired why she sold me a car that does not even function. And the "Manager" was so suspicious changing the story from the car battery that needed to be replaced, to then coming back again and saying that the "accessory battery" needed to be changed. Something is not right here and we went home without a car. No more Naperville Toyota for me - you should be aware of this operation and at the very least skip the inline process as its completely USELESS. More
