I've been here before to my cars serviced before, so I knew the facility was great and there were plenty of stocks in this dealership. I contacted the dealership through website by looking up cars on the site, checked the financing options and requested the quote. One of the web communication person contacted me back within a few hours. The estimate was detail with varying cost & discounts with different financing option. When I visited the dealer, I started working with Russ Harris, a very nice, calm and kind person to work with. He pulled up my estimate from the system and showed the car and explained very well with trims and options. The online estimate was the same as when I was there. When I asked for getting accurate value for my trade-in car he changed it for me and started making deals with his officer. I had to deal with some discounts and financing option, and he tried to respond to my requests with patience. He didn't hide anything when I asked the detail questions. I was able to get 60 mo. 0% financing on 16' Corolla LE at a fairly good price. He called me a few days after my purchase to follow-up with my car. I am really satisfied with his service and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Of course, even though the dealers have good reputations I recommend you to research lots of things before heading to shop to make the best deal out of your purchase. More
