Normally I hate buying cars, but We started our car buying experience at Toyota of Naperville based on the online reviews from Google and other sites. Normally I hate buying cars, but this experience was so stress free and pleasant that I could easily see myself returning for future purchases. Jacob Basathia greeted us, listened to our needs, and presented us with several models that fit our budget and expectations. We decided on a 2015 RAV4 with a fantastic options package. Jacob took care of every little detail on our purchase while we waited for the financing manager (very busy place on Saturday, and I can see why). Eren Gonzalez completed the sale in a very efficient and friendly manner. We will be recommending Toyota of Naperville to our many friends in the western suburbs. More
