Luckily we found Toyota of Naperville nearby and drove there. Mike was great! He kept on top of things, emphasized to the service guys the importance of getting us back on to road. He also retrieved our son's car seat and installed it in a loaner car for use during the 4 hour water pump replacement repair. We also loved the comfort and amenities in the waiting area. My son loved the good WiFi. I have used the Toyota dealership in Iowa City and thought their high level of service was an "Iowa nice" thing, but clearly it is a Toyota thing as Mike and the Naperville team showed me! More

Robin and Chris in Service are my favorites service people. And Eren in Finance as well as Peter (a manager) were very pleasant to work with.
