But, service manager referred me Tom Clancy to see if i could trade in my car into getting a new reliable car. so we sat down and talked it to see what were my options. Tom was very helpful and just going through everything with me step and step about the car. the next day i get a call and i got approved for the 2016 scion iA. i simply wanted to thank Tom Clancy for making this all possible being patience and understanding my situation.
