"phenomenal and outstanding" lately I've been having trouble with my Buick lacrosse so came into service to get it taking care of to replace the water pump turns out my engine was lately I've been having trouble with my Buick lacrosse so came into service to get it taking care of to replace the water pump turns out my engine was really bad. i wast not able to get round to work or school which made life very difficult. But, service manager referred me Tom Clancy to see if i could trade in my car into getting a new reliable car. so we sat down and talked it to see what were my options. Tom was very helpful and just going through everything with me step and step about the car. the next day i get a call and i got approved for the 2016 scion iA. i simply wanted to thank Tom Clancy for making this all possible being patience and understanding my situation. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Typically when I've visited dealerships I get haggled and almost forced into buying a car; however, at this dealership, Jeff was personable, friendly, and didn't try to sweet talk me into anything or try to make any "can't pass up" deals. I wish more car salesmen were like this guy because I will definitely be coming back to buy from this dealership because of his professionalism. Easy Experience My initial visit to the dealership went well and I was shown the 2016 Sienna by Elizabeth but it seemed like I would not be able to get into the new S My initial visit to the dealership went well and I was shown the 2016 Sienna by Elizabeth but it seemed like I would not be able to get into the new Sienna I really wanted. My next visit I was meet by Pete Forberg and he was relentless (in a good way) in pushing his manager Peter Murray on making it a reality as the lease programs had changed in our favor. There was no pressure to buy just a genuine willingness to help get me the van we wanted. At any stage we could have just brought out our lease (love leasing, it is a great option to keep payments down and get the safety features that are important) but they made the deal happen. Kal in finance presented options and was great with his understanding of the process. The dealership is consistently rated one of the best in the area and I can see why. We will be back in 3 years!
