My next visit I was meet by Pete Forberg and he was relentless (in a good way) in pushing his manager Peter Murray on making it a reality as the lease programs had changed in our favor. There was no pressure to buy just a genuine willingness to help get me the van we wanted. At any stage we could have just brought out our lease (love leasing, it is a great option to keep payments down and get the safety features that are important) but they made the deal happen. Kal in finance presented options and was great with his understanding of the process. The dealership is consistently rated one of the best in the area and I can see why. We will be back in 3 years! We had visited two other Toyota dealerships closer to our house prior to this and neither had the selection or the salespeople that were as helpful and knowledgeable about this model as Harvey. We also spoke with Push Singh during the negotiation who was nice, funny, and very reasonable to deal with. The customer service was outstanding! More
