I was looking for a very specific car--a limited edition, 2014 Scion tC monogram series in black. Tom Clancy was instrumental in obtaining my tC. Tom was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained to me all of the benefits and features of the tC and provided me with meaningful information regarding financing. Any time I called Tom with a question, he always returned my phone calls and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable--I did not feel pressured; instead, I felt like Tom facilitated my purchase by providing me with all of the information to make an informed decision. Also, Tod Craft was very helpful---he was very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable; I did not feel pressured. Besides having great customer service, Toyota/Scion of Naperville runs a great business. Suha Oner helped me with the financing. He was very friendly, professional, and straightforward. Overall, I had a very positive car buying experience and would highly recommend Toyota/Scion of Naperville to any prospective customer, especially first-time car buyers! Total Surprise I was tired of the treatment I was getting from dealers in the city, so I decided to shoot an email to Naperville Toyota asking for their Out the Door I was tired of the treatment I was getting from dealers in the city, so I decided to shoot an email to Naperville Toyota asking for their Out the Door price. Their price came back a lot lower than any of the dealers in Chicago, but I still remained skeptical that they would honor their quote. After calling and speaking to Kimberly Koenig, I was reassured and made the 40mile trip out to Naperville. Sure enough, we bought the car, no hassle. The experience was unlike any other I'd ever had at a dealership (This is our third Toyota and I wish I would've used Naperville for all of them!). Kimberly was great- knowledgeable, friendly, and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. I could not be happier and I'd recommend Kim to everyone! More

My wife met with Dave to look at a RAV4 and I happened to catch her there and asked her to look at an Avalon I saw on line. Well, we came back that evening and ended up purchasing the Avalon and leasing a RAV4. Dave was very helpful, professional and made the experience very easy.
