I did a lot of research on the 2014 Toyota Tundra that I purchased, and quickly noted many dealers give you a good e-mail quote just to get you in the door, then bump up the number in person. Naperville provided a good starting price right away. I visited a couple local dealers, but quickly walked away for a variety of reasons, and advised them both I was heading to Naperville. They both wanted another chance at beating Naperville's price, but as we started to negotiate, I knew I was in the right place. Great location, great staff, plenty of room in building and lot, and very kid friendly. When I pulled in to park, on a very cold and rainy night, Justin Buck immediately walked to me. I usually DO NOT like that, but Justin was very easy to get along with. As we discussed the vehicle and interior, there was a question on the actual color. Justin quickly ran to the other end of the lot and pulled a truck up to front door with the interior we were talking about, just to make sure I liked the color. We got very close to a deal, and really never felt too rushed. I left the dealer and after speaking with wife, rescheduled another visit. In the meantime Justin provided his e-mail and cell phone # and responded to any questions I had. I even communicated with him occasionally on his day off, but didn't matter to him. Second visit we struck a deal, and again Justin was great to work with, making us feel like valued customers. Upon delivery of the vehicle it was exactly the truck I requested. Justin was with us every step of the way, and did a great job showing all the trucks features. My wife tells me all the time I am not the easiest person to deal with, but again Justin's patience, professionalism, great attitude was a pleasant surprise. I would absolutely recommend Toyota of Naperville to any friends or family in the future, and would tell them to start with Justin Buck. More
