I researched the internet for possible cars that I was interested in. I decided on a Hyundai before coming to your dealership. Because I purchased from your dealership before, I stopped by to see the Matr interested in. I decided on a Hyundai before coming to your dealership. Because I purchased from your dealership before, I stopped by to see the Matrix and Yaris which was quoted by Harvey Hyien. He was not working when I stopped by and was greeted by Elizabeth Elkerton. Elizabeth was very professional and pleasant. She took the time to walk me through the entire property and talked about each of the cars that I asked. When purchasing a new car, I am never sure or comfortable with what is the "right" price to pay. She displayed a sincerity and gave me a comfortable feeling for wanting to work with her. She introduced the Corolla and told why it is the best car for the price. She suggested that I do a test drive and see if it would fit in my cluttered garage. Because of her caring and professional approach, I decided to purchased the Corolla even with a higher price tag than the Hyundai. More
Last night I have purchased my brand new car - 2014 Toyota Corolla from Toyota of Naperville and I could not have had a better experience! It was my second visit to this dealership since May 2013. My husband bought a new Camry then and he came home very happy and raved about how good his sales guy Kris was. He was very impressed with Kris's sales skills. He told me: "Kris is very good at what he does and when you need a new car we will come back to work with Kris". The same thing happened with me. Kris Kosinski was wonderful. I knew I was in good hands from the start. He was very knowledgeable, informative, patient and honest with me. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions and put me at ease. I am not very technology oriented and last Monday he provided me with the cars I was interested in; new Corolla as well as Scion HD. He showed me all the perks and complexities of those two cars. It made me feel a lot less nervous about buying a new car. Kris was approachable and I felt like he really wanted to help me to make the best and educated decision about the future car. I am very grateful for that!!! He helped me to understand every little detail related to the car. I decided to buy a new Corolla and the whole experience was great!!! Kris went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the whole buying process. Overall I highly recommend Kris to any new potential buyers, especially those who are unsure of which car to buy. We had been shopping around for different SUVs and after much deliberation and shopping, we decided on the Toyota RAV4. From the first moment of meeting Chris, we knew we were in good hands. He was easy to talk to and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable with the buying process. Starting with the test drive, Chris was patient with us and knew the answers to every question we had--whether it was relevant to the car or just the car buying process. He was relatable, approachable, and we never felt like we were at a disadvantage for being first time buyers. The price negotiation and the various processes through the actual purchase, Chris, Dave and Dave were extremely helpful in guiding us through our options and we even had a few laughs along the way.
