Mr. Jacob Basathia was an absolute gentlemen the whole time I was there. we were greeted by many people as we arrived. David Zidlicky should be given some sort of reward for his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. My wife purchased a Camry from him years ago and because he actually left "Happy Birthday" voicemai his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. My wife purchased a Camry from him years ago and because he actually left "Happy Birthday" voicemails for her, Dave was always on our mind if she ever needed a car. We were "just looking" for a car for our daughter who recently graduated college and was "leaving the nest" or as I prefer to say "getting off the Clapp payroll". Dave found her the PERFECT little red Nissan Versa at a price I could not pass up. By asking the right questions and keeping safety/style in mind, he earned the right to ask for further business and asked how I liked my 2000 Honda Civic. I told him it was my "workhorse" and had 250,000 miles on it. He congratulated me on "knowing how to care for a car" and walked me to a 2010 Lexus and asked me if I liked it. He threw out a price after the test drive and once again, he hit the nail right on the head and I walked out with it. Oh, by the way, he just put my wife in a 2013 RAV4! All you rookies who want to know how to move cars off the lot...take heed and buy Dave a cold drink and emulate his skills. P.S.
