Harvey was very friendly. He wasn't pushy at all. He answered any questions I had, plus explained many features of the car while I took it out for a test drive. I liked his mellow approach. My husband and I bought our first Prius at Toyota of Naperville after talking to Bill Lutz on the phone. We like the friendly and courteous staff, and even come back for routine maintenance. Once we decided because of the weather to have the tires rotated at our local Toyota dealership: never again. Not all dealerships are created equal! On a 25,000 mile maintenance check we stopped to visit Mr. Lutz, and to see what other Prius models were available. With the mileage we have been getting we decided maybe it was time to buy a second one. Mr. Lutz was never pushy, nor told us what we needed. He let us go at our own pace in deciding as to what we wanted to do, as well as deciding on the financing available. Gary Jaros helped us with the paperwork and also made that quick and painless. We drove off with our new Prius and couldn't be happier! We have every intention of returning again! More
