It turned out to be perfect for our needs. Harvey is an excellent communicator. He speaks clearly and concisely. His speed of speaking is moderate so that we understand what he is saying. He speaks in a low volume and doesn't have the HYPE common with so many auto sales people. He is knowledgable about his products and suggests concerns that we should consider in making a purchase decision. Harvey doesn't sell cars but assists the buyer through the process of selecting the right automobile. He is trustworthy and honest. We have purchased 7 automobiles from another Toyota dealer. Both Jacob and David went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They fully explained all options for their respective area and worked together to make sure we did not have any lingering question we were satisfied. Thankfully we were provided with the leather option we did not know could be added. We made the decision to purchase. As the car was being removed from the showroom for our test drive, two customers were laying in wait for the same car if we decided no. This is our first purchase from Naperville Toyota and so far it seem like a class outfit!
