This morning [6/14/2013] when I went to buy a new Toyota vehicle from this dealership, from where I bought two new vehicles in the recent years, we were told by the sales person that the sales department ha vehicle from this dealership, from where I bought two new vehicles in the recent years, we were told by the sales person that the sales department has decided not to negotiate the price with us and they will go by the sticker price. I am not sure why they have such a huge facility with so many sales persons if they are not willing to show their products and negotiate the price. More
Mike Beck is an A-1 employee - friendly, helpful, informative, and extraordinarily patient with a great grandmother who is confused by all the new "gadgets". This is the third time I have bought from this dealership. As usual, I was frustrated with the price haggling, but that was not in Jose's control. I get very aggravated when good prices are not given in the first place, almost like a feeling of "how much can the dealership get away with"....when will you get to no haggling prices for new cars? We originally had only been looking for a future purchase of a Toyota Highlander when we came into the showroom at Toyota of Naperville. We met Dave Zidlicky who gave us all of the specifics, took us out on of a Toyota Highlander when we came into the showroom at Toyota of Naperville. We met Dave Zidlicky who gave us all of the specifics, took us out on a test drive, and never once was pushy about an immediate purchase. We left the showroom feeling that this would be the car we would be purchasing only later in the year after our finances were more stable. Several weeks later, we were forced into an early purchase due to mechanical issues on one of our other cars. We called Dave who was very courteous, and had remembered our visit to the showroom. We explained that we were going to purchase the Highlander, but we were unable to get into the showroom for at least another week due to our being out of town. Dave had told us "no problem" took our information over the phone and even went out of his way to pull the exact Highlander we wanted from the lot and put it on hold. When we did come in for the purchase, Dave had everything in order. Dave knew of our situation and did not push anything extra at us that we were not able to handle. We had purchased from Toyota of Naperville several years back and it was a nightmare. We were slightly wary of trying them again, but with the treatment we had encountered with Dave, we walked out of the showroom with no stress, a smile on our faces and a new 2013 Highlander. First talked to the internet manager. We worked out some terms on the car I wanted in advance. When I came in Jose Rivera greeted me and handled the details of the sale in a very professional manner. I was blown away by the outstanding service that I received at Toyota of Naperville! Sara was my initial point of contact, she was quick to respond, and I did not have to hassle at all when it came t received at Toyota of Naperville! We were waiting on calls back from 3 other dealerships when I called Toyota of Naperville, which is over 2 hours from my home, but because the service was so quick and friendly, combined with the fact that other dealers were trying to sell me something I did not want, we decided to give you our business. Once we arrived we were greeted by Jose, who was outstanding. Jose was friendly without being overbearing, asked great questions, listened to our needs and responded accordingly. He was knowledgeable about the new Highlander I wanted and never made us feel rushed. We could not believe he stayed after the dealer closed to make sure we knew the vehicle features and that we were on our way safely. When I received a follow up call from him today I was again impressed; I have never had such a positive experience with someone in sales. Our experience was so excellent, I will go out of my way to give future business to this dealership before I use a dealer close to home (Bloomington/Normal, IL). Financing was completed by Suha, and we found that apparently your dealership is skilled at hiring great people because we also had a nice experience with him. Thanks so much!! More
