My husband and I went to Toyota of Naperville looking for a Prius. Our sales person, Elizabeth Elkerton was wonderful. She was professional, pleasant, cheerful, and knowledgeable. Most of all, she was patient answering all our questions and concerns. We never felt rushed. She walked back and forth and all around the dealership lot looking for the car of our liking. She has even offered to spend time with us in future if we have any questions. She loves her job and it clearly shows. Truly remarkable! During our visit we also met Shannon Garofalo, David Kabanda, and John Roncone. Every one of them was professional in their attitude and provided a no nonsense atmosphere. We were overall impressed with how well Toyota of Naperville dealt with its customers. Professionalism at its best! We left the place very happy in our new Prius. I have purchased only new vehicles from Toyota of Naperville prior to purchasing this used RAV4. The new car sales experience was very professionally handled and the sales staff was consistently attentive and cooperative. They didn't rest until they located the exact car I wanted. However, the time in the business office was extensively long and I felt pressured to purchase additional warranty coverage. This used car experience wasn't as favorable. I arrived at the dealer at 5:00pm. My friend had started negotiating for the sale at 4:00.Getting the deal done was handled very well, and the vehicle we wanted was well represented. The sales rep was courteous and respectful for the most part. He went to lengths to expedite our transaction as we were tired and didn't want to prolong it. He located the second Smart Key device for me while I was waiting. However, I was kept waiting an hour for the business manager after we had agreed on the sale. My sales rep told us one person was ahead of me and it wouldn't be long. Then he went somewhere most of that hour waiting time. I have to compliment the business manager because he had the paperwork ready to finish up when I did get in his office and he was efficient and very helpful making the numbers work for me, as our rep had presented them. After the paperwork was completed, the business manager took me back to the sales rep, but the rep wasn't there. The manager said he would find him. I was told to wait and he'd be right there. I waited 10 minutes before the rep came looking for me, saying the business manager never contacted him. We then went outside to my RAV4 vehicle.The rep was very helpful in changing my plates and pairing my bluetooth in my new car. It was after 8:00 p.m. when I left the lot. I brought back the second key to the trade-in Camry the following afternoon. My rep was not available so I gave the key and the extra manuals to Pete. I asked Pete if we could check the Camry because I left a pile of change and a medallion in the little drawer in the dash. We looked for the car but it had gone to the detail department for cleaning up. My rep followed up with a phone call later that day to say he would follow through looking for my change and medallion and let me know if he found it. It's doubtful it will be found and it's my responsibility that I left it in the car. My rep had asked me if everything was out of the Camry before I left and I thought it was, but forgot the change drawer. Overall, through purchasing three or four vehicles thru this dealership, this dealership is the best I've dealt with in 40 years of buying cars. What makes me come back here is the service department bending over backwards to be helpful and efficient. More

A few days later, I called Jacob and told him about the hybrid I was interested in, and Jennifer sent me the information about the car with all the pricing information I needed. I called Jacob and told him that I was ready to come back again. When I arrived, the car was ready to go. Every person that I came in contact with was very helpful and I am very pleased with the buying process and with my purchase. Jacob is an amazing sales person. I had the "space" to discover the car I liked. I had the "space" to make a decision, and to feel good about that decision. I would highly recommend Salesman Jacob, Internet Jennifer, and Toyota of Naperville. More
