From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Alain Vilma.He had a great warm smile on his face. First he built a great rapor with us. Within 30 minutes we where test driving several cars. He explained fully every car we drove. He let us take our time. When we narrowed down the one we liked, he sat us down. His manager came over and introduced himself, gave us his card (which got lost in the shuffle)and was very concerned if we where happy with salesperson (which we were) and if we had any problems we could talk to him. Our credit was in bad shape but with Suha K.Oner ( Business Manager) he got me finacing at a great rate. At the delivery of my car Alian Vilma was right there. He was very patient with us. We received excellent service as soon as we walked in the door! We were greeted, taken to seats right away and Kareem was with us within a minute or two! Within about 10 minutes of being there, we were taking the car for a test drive. Kareem made sure we were comfortable, answered our questions, and was extremely friendly! He made the car buying experience so easy and friendly, it felt like we were dealing with a friend. When we had some questions about how the car would work for our family, Kareem suggested we take the car for an extended test drive for the weekend. He also got back to us quickly with any questions we had and put in extra effort to make sure we had all we needed before we left with our newly purchased car. The other staff we had the pleasure of working with were an extension of our great experience with Kareem. Brian, Gary and Diana (who helped us through each step of the buying) were knowledgable, interested in us as people, and to-the-point while still taking their time. During our time in the showroom while we were waiting, we were greeted by other salespeople in a very friendly way. When we left with our new car, Kareem walked us to the car to make sure we were all set. It was the little touches like that which will bring us back to Dan Wolf Toyota of Naperville in the future. I've never liked buying cars but Blas honestly made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Blas was so polite and friendly. He spent extra time with us while my wife and I both test-drove and looked at every inch of the car. At one point I asked him to lower the price--Blas was so friendly that when the paperwork started flowing, I realized he hadn't dropped a dollar and the kicker was that I didn't really care. Great guy. I will tell anybody I know who's looking to buy a car to go see Blas Cielo because he rocked it AND because I didn't have to test drive any where else. More

Toyota is a friendly dealership with delightful staff. Alain was nice and helpful throughout the experience. Even the finance manager, Gary, was helpful in finding us the best financial options. However, there was a bit of confusion with finance as things were not clarified until the end. But this mishap was partially both parties faults.
