We met with Dave as part of the sales process in purchasing our new minivan. I knew that we were meeting with him to discuss our DVD player installation and I really appreciated his problem solving purchasing our new minivan. I knew that we were meeting with him to discuss our DVD player installation and I really appreciated his problem solving ability with trying to figure out a way that we could play the DVD without using the headphones (my 2 year old will not wear them) and without playing the audio through the entire car. He came to the solution by using separate speakers connected directly to the auxiliary port in the DVD player itself. I think the most impressive part of our conversation though was his deep knowledge base of the exterior and interior protective coating (the exact name escapes my mind). I could tell in his presentation that he truly stands behind by the product and believes in it. He was able to describe the product in laymen's terms for me to be able to understand it. I didn't feel like he was trying to "up sell" me something but instead felt like this was something that we could really benefit from.
