I brought my car in for service, was given a great loaner, that made me want to buy a new van, and I left with a new updated Toyota! the Sales consultant Mike was friendly and helpful, he went over loaner, that made me want to buy a new van, and I left with a new updated Toyota! the Sales consultant Mike was friendly and helpful, he went over the whole vehicle with me post sales above and beyond the call of duty! He made sure it was a good match for our family. The Sales manager was friendly and worked fair numbers for the trade in and upgrade. The finance manager was quick and efficient. The whole process of finding a good match, test driving, buying and financing was around 3.5 hours, the last time I bought a Toyota Sienna I spent 8 hours in the dealership. This was great for my kids and they were kept busy and had plenty of refreshments to choose from. Thank you for giving our family great all around service. On March 1, I bought a new Toyota Sienna LE van from Toyota of Naperville and I had a great experience working with David Zisk. The entire deal closed in less than 2 hours and I got my new van with all Toyota of Naperville and I had a great experience working with David Zisk. The entire deal closed in less than 2 hours and I got my new van with all the papers and necessary briefings. He is very professional and friendly and very nice to work with. On following Monday, he called me to check how things are going on with my new van and offers excellent after sales support. When I told that I was not able to sync my garage door opener, he offered to come to my home with Push Singh to fix it. I have scheduled on 3/11 and Push and Dave are here by 11:30 and all they took was just less than 2 minutes to fix it. Both of them are so nice and knowledgeable and very friendly. Since this time my aim was a new car and to sell my old car, Sam, Russ, and Suha, helped me out a lot. Sam, help get a great price for my old Sienna so that I could get the most out of my trade in. Russ did a great job in finding the right kind of car for me that would fit my budget. He was very detailed in what to expect out of the car and took the time to show all the features. Suha, was very patient and helping me with the financing and made sure that I could drive away with the new car for a monthly payment I could afford. The team over at Toyota are extremely professional, courteous, and above all, make you feel like a member for the family there. I have already recommended this place to my friends and still highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a great car buying experience. More
