Gentlemen: My experience at Naperville Toyota was outstanding. I was greeted by at least three people before a salesman even appeared. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Leo Lopez. Leo liste outstanding. I was greeted by at least three people before a salesman even appeared. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Leo Lopez. Leo listened to what I had to say and made very effort to find a car to my liking. I bought a Venza which was the perfect car for me. Leo went over the features of the car with me and answered any questions I had politely and thoughtfully. We had to wait five days to close the deal because of our timing issues, but in the end, in was a seamless procedure. Leo Lopez made sure we were happy and accomodated at every step of the procedure. I also want to offer Dittos to Push.... a master of IT. He was patient with me (a senior citizen) and took baby steps through the process. All in all...you guys rock! More

The biggest reason I chose to lease another Camry is because of the outstanding customer service at Toyota of Naperville. I realized just how great it was when I was visiting other dealerships. I went to Toyota of Naperville today with a particular idea about what I wanted in a vehicle, and the Dan Wolf staff worked well to get me exactly what I wanted. I do wish the process of seeing your final payments was more streamlined, as aftermarkets, etc. can add to your final totals and extend the process, but at the end of my visit, I was satified with the outcome. Even though the car we bought had no warranty, the day after we bought it a problem showed up, but the dealership fixed it at no charge. They even let us use a $50,000 courtesy car while our car stayed overnight for repairs. We would definitely buy from there again. More
