This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was shopping around for a vehicle, and other dealerships were stringing me along, one in particular had not given me answers on quotes for 6 w car. I phone Robert Kieda to ask him to give me some numbers on a car. He was at SAMs at the time and requested to call me back at 1:20 with some numbers. At 1:20, my phone rings; it was Robert. He had numbers for a few different models, and some information on the colors available. We speak more, and I agree to meet him there after I get off work. I walk in that evening, Robert had everything ready to go and the paper work got started. There was no hassle, there was no stress. The fine employees make you feel comfortable. I can not think of a finer institution of which one would buy a car from. The folks at Naperville are a pleasure to work with and a delight to purchase a car from. I could not think of a reason why one would not wish to do business with this facility. More

We have also had our car serviced and it couldn't have been smoother or been run by better and more friendly people. I'll use them anytime I need any thing. My only complaint was with the pricing. After paying full price for a fully loaded Camry Hybrid including several addon which included the extended warranty, The offered us virtually nothing for our trade-in. I know it wasn't worth much, but they could have offered us more to make us feel like they were really going above and beyond for us. I know they made a lot off the sale, but it left us feeling that the profit was more important to them than us as customers. Even with that slightly negative feeling, I would use them again and have recommended them to several friends. More
