If you are a returning customer looking to buy another car, don't expect any special treatment from them. As a matter of fact, you are far better off going to another dealer to buy your next car. BTW, they play the "keep your keys to force you to buy" scam. Avoid these people! More

Based on my dealings with Gary Jaros I don't recommend Toyota of Naperville. After I had an excellent experience with the Sales Person I was directed to the aftermarket and financial people. Gary was very Toyota of Naperville. After I had an excellent experience with the Sales Person I was directed to the aftermarket and financial people. Gary was very friendly and convinced us to purchase the extended warranty. However, he provided poor service in two areas. First, he told us that the remote starter we purchased would be covered by our 7 year extended warranty and even commented that they would cut into the wiring of the starter. Needless to say that later when I went to install the starter I talked to the service person and inquired about the coverage of the starter under the extended warranty. Not only the starter was not covered under the warranty but any wiring that was touched in the process would be excluded from the warranty as well. Given that this car has almost all of its units connected electrically I could not keep the electric started. I had to redo the financing paperwork to reflect the changes. This was done by another business manager. The second problem was dealing with the licence plates and registration. After 3 weeks I tried to contact the DMV and there was no record that the paperwork was submitted. After talking to Gary we were told that the paperwork had been submitted Jan 7, 2013. Today, Jan. 18 I contacted the DMV and there is no record that the paperwork was submitted. I called back and Kathy (accounting???) told me that the check has cleared and that the paperwork was indeed submitted on Jan. 7. I asked for the paperwork showing it and went to the dealership to pick it up. When I was there the paperwork were the paper I signed on Dec. 19 and a check dated Jan. 08 (not cancelled). Given that the facts are not checking out I asked to see the cancelled check. I was told that it was cleared but I could not see it. Since all I have is their word, which so far did not show to be trustworthy, and that the facts are not checking out. I am to wait for what they say is at least 60 days to know if my plates are being processed by the DMV or not. At the end of this 60 days my temporary plate will expire. It is very frustrating to see the carelessness that they treat someone that has purchased 3 new vehicles at the dealership. I am ready to move my business to a less conveniently located dealership to purchase my next car (within the next year). More
