After having my car in for service just before Christmas.I developed another problem.I left a voice mail for the service manager,Robin Clark on a Friday.She was on vacation at the time.To my supri Christmas.I developed another problem.I left a voice mail for the service manager,Robin Clark on a Friday.She was on vacation at the time.To my suprise she called me back within the hour and made sure I could come in for service the following monday.Monday at 7am Robin recived my car and made sure I had a loaner to drive while my car was in for service.Through out the week,Robin called or left me voice mails as to the progress on my car.I love my Toyota,but it is service from people like Robin Clark that keep me coming back.She takes the "Dread" out of going in for service. When we realized our Prius C was too small and the seats were not fitting us we went to him and explained our problem. Harvey listened carefully and then recommended we try the Prius V. It turned out to be perfect for our needs. Harvey is an excellent communicator. He speaks clearly and concisely. His speed of speaking is moderate so that we understand what he is saying. He speaks in a low volume and doesn't have the HYPE common with so many auto sales people. He is knowledgable about his products and suggests concerns that we should consider in making a purchase decision. Harvey doesn't sell cars but assists the buyer through the process of selecting the right automobile. He is trustworthy and honest. We have purchased 7 automobiles from another Toyota dealer. Harvey has caused us to switch our allegiance to Toyota of Naperville. Thank you, Harvey. You have become a good friend. More

I was expecting a pushy salesperson, but was pleasantly surprised with Nadeem: 1) Very knowledgeable about his products and other dealers' products. I was expecting a pushy salesperson, but was pleasantly surprised with his "teacher-like" salesmanship. He educated me in enlightening ways, showed me surprising benefits I didn't realize existed, and listened intently to my needs and wants and "guided" me into the right car without the slightest of pushiness. Knowledge was A++. 2) He followed through every step of the way. The process took 60 days to complete -- my car was stolen, and I had to wait 30 days for an insurance payout. Even though I had to wait a month for the payout, he said I wasn't wasting his time and that he would be happy to let me test drive any car. Even though I ended up custom ordering a car due to my wife wanting "THE" color, he didn't "push" me into having to buy something already on the lot. He had high patience with me. At first, I kept calling to see if my car was being shipped. Actually, I only called once -- he kept on calling me to keep me informed of the shipping status. Follow thru was A+. He even called me the very next day after I bought my Prius to ensure I was completely happy. 3) Price -- I told Nadeem up front that he'd be competing with two other dealers. After I was sure I wanted a Prius, I asked all 3 dealers to give me their best price -- Nadeem and Ulises were way below the other two. I even went back to the other two, and they said they couldn't beat Toyota of Naperville. Also, I feel like I got a deal, because it was below KBB.com's norm. Price was A+. 4) The cinch: for me, it's all about who you can trust. Nadeem and Ulises allowed me to test drive a used Prius for 3 days FOR FREE since I had to rent a car during the stolen period. Ulises said he's the kind of guy who wants to ensure I'm happy and that if I was disappointed with the purchase in any way (price, etc.) that he'd take the car back. Where I come from, that's pretty much unheard of - I was always told there would be an immediate 10%+ depreciation taking it off the lot, and for them to back up their product like that meant they were either stupid, or as I found out, were actually very smart. Trust factor = A+++ 5) Everyone there was very nice, very professional, and the coffee section was calming. Really a top notch experience. Nadeem and Ulises are good guys -- they're ethical, hard working (stayed till after close), listened, not pushy, educated, and nice. Ulises... 1) He was the manager that closed the deal. This is the seventh car I bought in my life and the first Toyota. I'm not extremely experienced, but I've been taken advantage of before, and I feel I did not get taken advantage of with him. Trust is A+. 2) Nissan and Hyundai sold me on the price, but when I went to sign, they offered me all sorts of stuff like rust proofing, car mats, etc. etc. After spending another grand or so I was told from a person that used to be a car salesman that I didn't really need any of that. I LOVE it that car mats were included, that they didn't insist and hard sell any extras, and that the price initially quoted was the actual price I paid. He didn't nickel and dime me with shipping costs or other bogus made up things - I trust him a lot for not upselling me. Trust is A+. 3) Like I said, I went to three dealers and he did indeed give me a competitive price instant one -- I didn't have to haggle (but I still did a little :) Fairness = A+. 4) He's a nice guy who stands by his product and hides nothing. Ethical = A+. Overall experience... From initial contact to closing the deal to obtaining financing from Mrs. Garafolo (sorry, can't remember her first name), everything was very professional and smooth. My wife and I had a great experience and we suggest you purchase a used or new car from Nadeem Mirza. Best part -- we have a great Prius v 5 in the clear sky color we wanted. Two days later,giving me time to think ,Geoff called and asked how I was doing and talked to me as a person , not just another sale. After a few minutes we talked about my possible purchase , and I was happy to tell him yes , I was going to by the Tacoma. Although not in stock in the color I wanted Geoff said he would find my truck for me.I received a call later in the day and was told "your truck will be here clean and ready for you to pick up tomorrow ". I was shocked it happened so quick. That is true customer service. As promised I went to pick up my truck the next day and it was SPOTLESS ! The whole process went smooth with almost all the paperwork done before I arrived. When speaking to KC about adding anything to the vehicle , when I said no she never pushed the issue and just kept moving forward . David in finance had all the professional and personable qualities you would want in someone that is dealing for you, not just to get you to buy.
