Working with Toyota of Naperville was an experience like no other at a dealership! Geoff Sidlow was very patient and understanding when I didn't want to purchase the day I came in for a test drive. Two days later,giving me time to think ,Geoff called and asked how I was doing and talked to me as a person , not just another sale. After a few minutes we talked about my possible purchase , and I was happy to tell him yes , I was going to by the Tacoma. Although not in stock in the color I wanted Geoff said he would find my truck for me.I received a call later in the day and was told "your truck will be here clean and ready for you to pick up tomorrow ". I was shocked it happened so quick. That is true customer service. As promised I went to pick up my truck the next day and it was SPOTLESS ! The whole process went smooth with almost all the paperwork done before I arrived. When speaking to KC about adding anything to the vehicle , when I said no she never pushed the issue and just kept moving forward . David in finance had all the professional and personable qualities you would want in someone that is dealing for you, not just to get you to buy. I first contacted Dan Wolf Toyota via the web and requested a quote on a new Prius. I recieved a reply and aquote within 20 minutes. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Dave Zidlicky who in requested a quote on a new Prius. I recieved a reply and aquote within 20 minutes. Harvey Nyien and Mark Witt were patient and professional during the entire process, and made me feel very comfortable and there was never any pressure to close the sale. Suha Oner in the Finance Department was also very pleasant and professional, explaining the different warranty options and once again, there was never any high pressure to buy. I have recomended Toyota of Naperville to many of my friends over the years, and my recent visit solidifies my belief that the best place to buy a car in Chicagoland is Toyota of Naperville!
