Harvey was wonderful to work with. I had been searching for a car for a couple of weeks and was starting to get frustrated with the whole process, and was tired of dealing with car salesmen. Working with the people at this location was completely different. They treated me as a valued customer, not a dollar sign they were trying to shake the lost out of. Harvey was fantastic. While his customer service was absolutey exceptional, it was his knowledge and thoroughness that really stuck out the most. Many times he would answer questions I didn't even realize I had until he brought the subject up and definitely made me feel great about leasing a new Corolla. Additionally, his follow up service has been phenomenal as well. It's been one week now since I've left the lot, and Harvey has made it clear that he is always available should I have any questions or issues with the car, and this is something that definitely puts my mind at ease. This was without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of, and I will recommend Toyota of Naperville and Harvey to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I came to Toyota with my two boys, ages 2 & 4. Let me tell that task alone is not easy. Jacob was there to help me immediately. He found the Sienna I was looking for and even brought in inside for to loo tell that task alone is not easy. Jacob was there to help me immediately. The next I brought my husband back to take look at the Sienna. We decided to purchase it, again we had the boys with us. Jacob not only did a great job for us, but was very attentive to our needs with our very wild boys. Everyone we worked with was great, and super help. At the end, again Jacob brought both vehicles our old one and our new Sienna inside so we could clean things out and transfer car seats. What a FANTASTIC! experience. We live about 40mins from Naperville, and have a Toyota dealer about 5mins from home. But we plan to bring our Sienna back to this dealer for all our maintenance and service appointments. We left feeling like a King & Queen. More

This is the best car dealership I have ever encountered. My principal contact was Jacob Basathia who did a superb job of finding the model I wanted and persuading me to use the 60 months of interest free To My principal contact was Jacob Basathia who did a superb job of finding the model I wanted and persuading me to use the 60 months of interest free Toyota financing rather than my original plan to either lease or pay cash for the car. Within 15 minutes of meeting Jacob, he had the exact model I was looking for parked outside the front entrance of the showroom for me to examine. Earlier that day, I had been told by another Toyota dealer that it might take some time to locate a blue XLE without navigation since most XLE's come equipped with this option. This is one of the advantages of dealing with such a large Toyota dealership. In addition, their price was superior to my previous two quotes. While the car was available for me to drive away that day, Jacob arranged to hold it until the next day for a modest deposit so I could return with my wife to sign the necessary joint title papers. We used this delay to install a few dealer options such as door guards and edge protection. The following day Alain Vilma and John Roncone did an excellent job helping us quickly complete all the paper work as we only had an hour of available time. It was a perfect hand off from Jacob who had a morning medical appointment. Alain completed our financing forms and telephoned our insurance agent to make sure that our new coverage was in place. John helped us execute the purchase contract explaining all the relevant documents as well as our extended warranty options. Jacob returned in time to make sure everything went smoothly. I was very impressed with the teamwork practiced by each of these individuals. Jacob and Alain then took us to new our car to explain a few of its operating features before we waived good-bye. Jacob then called me the following day to make sure that everything was satisfactory and offered to meet with me anytime I wanted to stop by the dealership with any follow up questions. Both Alian and Jacob separately called me a week later to see if I had any further questions and to make sure our car was performing satisfactorily. This was a great car buying experience. More
