He went an extra mile in order to satisfy our needs as customers. He was able to give us options and was not at any time during the course of our conversation showed that he was in a hurry to sell the product. He made sure we understood everything from the vehicle we were interested in to the process of buying and trading-in our old vehicle. We can attest that he made our buying experience stress free and satisfying. My husband and me have been in other Toyota dealers throughout the years and we can say that our Toyota of Naperville experience is the best. The facility is very clean, spacious and has a wide selection of new/pre-owned vehicles. All staff were noted to be very professional looking. We bought our 4Runner at this dealership two years ago, and we were happy with it, so we went back again to buy a Sequoia this time. The whole sales process was smooth, we get the model and color and every and we were happy with it, so we went back again to buy a Sequoia this time. Eventhough we have to wait for very long time to get all the paper work done, but it's acceptable considering there are a huge amount of new car shipment just came in right after the Independent day weekend, and every new car owner was earger to pick up their new toys. The sales and financial personaneel had to stay beyund their regular working hour helping us to finish all the paperwork and new car walk through. They were very patient and considerate. I'm sure we'll keep coming back for maintenance and any new purchase in the future. More
