I stopped at the dealership for service on my 2010 Avalon Limited, and while waiting (it only took them about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it), I stopped in the showroom to look at the new Aval Limited, and while waiting (it only took them about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it), I stopped in the showroom to look at the new Avalon. Sales associate Harvey Nyien approached me and in a very low key, professional way, answered my questions about the new, completely redesigned Avalon. He mentioned that he had rented this model on his recent vacation, and it was quite obvious that he was able to answer my questions from personal experience rather than just studying the brochure. Long story short: within 30 minutes he had my 2010 appraised and we struck a deal on the 2013. I drove it home later that afternoon. Although all of my experiences at this dealership have been positive over the last three years, Harvey clearly stands out for me. He is a good listener, he provided solid, knowledgeable answers regarding a model which has only been out four months, and there was no pressure. I would most heartily recommend him. More

We know the type of car we were interested in and he was very polite and ask key questions. With our answers, he discussed our interest and made some suggestions. He showed models in stock and we took one for a test run. He answered all our questions and provided additional helpful information about the car we were interested in. He provided a price estimate, and information concerning the dealership including advantages they offered. Several days of shopping confirmed Toyota of Naperville offered out best package. Selecting the car of our choice, a short test drive and a firm OTD price and we had a deal. The complete sales service was efficient, including the test drive, paperwork, credit check, car operation instructions, setting up the blue tooth phone and navigation systems. This was all completed in a timely manner and we drove home with our new car. Job Well Done! More
Took 2011 Highlander in for service because motor arm came loose from the vehicle. Repair required sending vehicle to third-party body shop for two weeks to replace a stripped screw (that required replac came loose from the vehicle. Dealership service advisor Mike Librizzi called me on 02 Jul to tell me vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival at dealership, I noticed the Toyota emblem was missing from the back of the vehicle. Then associate could not get tailgate to open at all. Dealership failed to inspect the work done by their third-party body shop and obviously did not even look at the vehicle or they would have noticed the missing emblem. Mr. Librizzi got hostile when I complained to another advisor (who asked me why I was still at the dealership 30 minutes after arriving) about the dealership calling me without looking at the car, yet alone seeing if it had actually been repaired. He also said aloud that he was upset I had "escalated" the issue to Toyota because I had called Toyota Customer Care to complain (not about the dealership) but about quality issue of a simple screw being stripped requiring replacement of entire liftgate. (At that time, I had made it clear to Toyota my problem was with their quality, not the dealership). I have zero confidence in any repair work performed at this dealership if their service advisors do not even look at the work being done. Friendliness rating would have been higher if not for Mr. Librizzi's attitude after I complained. It was obvious he made a mistake in calling me without looking at the car but did nothing to make up for his mistake. More

I was taking my daughter to purchase her first car. I took her to Naperville Toyota. Initially, I was hesitant about going to Naperville Toyota, but from the moment we walked in the door the atmospere took her to Naperville Toyota. Kareem Thomas has a great personality and was knowledgable about the vehicle she was looking to purchase. He talked to us, he did not disclude her. He took us step by step through the purchasing of her Certified Rav4. He wanted her to be sure about the car she was about to buy. Kareem was very relaxing and there was no pressure, her experience was very pleasing. If we had any concerns Kareem addressed them immediately. My daughter enjoyed the experience. Naperville Toyota is a wonderful dealership and Kareem Thomas is a pleasure to work with. This is were she will come for her next purchase. We would recommend Naperville Toyota to everyone. More
This is the second time I bought a car from Dave. He took the time to understand what I was interested in and did his very best to find the car that fit my needs. I never felt pressured, each time I drove a vehicle he explained to me the benefits of the car. I felt I was treated fairly. Once we decided on the price, he moved the process right along in an efficient manner. Dave is very personable, I like his style, he answered every one of my questions and believe me that was nice of him because I think I asked some questions numerous times and he just kept on answering them...I feel he treated me respectfully. I would absolutely buy another car from Dave...thanks again Dave for your help...I love my new Barcelona Red Rav4!!! I had been communicating with Methane over the last month, she was always friendly and kept me posted on cars that I was considering leasing. When I found my purchase on the website, it was so well and thoroughly described that 69% of my decision was made at home. Trusting my previous experience with the dealership, I came in for a test drive. Dave met me at the door (I was unaware that Anthony Hopkins needed a side job!) I requested a test drive and he immediately responded with "Great!! I'll go get the keys" When we got to the car.....the battery was dead, Dave assured me that someone must have left the dome light on and got the jumper, it turned right over! While we drove to the test track, Dave answered all my questions about the car. On the track he told me when to speed up and when to slam on the brakes! I trusted his expertise and felt more comfortable about my decision! After that test drive with Dave my decision was made, he assured me that this car would do more than meet my needs. When we returned to the dealership....Methane met me at Raves desk! She had seen that I was at the dealership and wanted to say "hi"! She encouraged my decision and wished me the best of luck, she said it had been a pleasure working with me and was glad to see that I had found a car! She also assurred me that I was in good hands with Dave! Am I happy with my experience? YES! Will I return for my next car? Without a doubt! More
