Chris was very knowledgeable about the Scion IQ, even though it was a new style. He also made sure I got the color I wanted, even though they had to trade with another dealer to get it. (yeah, I'm a girl!) The service dept was really friendly and knowledgable too; and got me in and out in adding the options very quickly. Several were interested to know how I liked the new little IQ. It's REALLY FUN. I am very happy with the purchase and can't wait to get out on a driving vacation with it. Boy, did I pick a great time to buy a car with 38 mpg! More

I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Mike Beck at 12:00pm and this was the first step in how professional this dealership and salesman were. Mike has a great attitude and a very pleasant person to speak with. I went to there website which is very well designed and friendly and found exactly what I was looking for. I had several automobiles that I wanted quoted and Mike had both priced in little time. We test drove both automobiles and I made my decision. The automobile was brought to the new car prep area. I was introduced to the Finance Manager, Dave Castellanos who made my lease purchase a very easy purchase, great person. By 2:45 pm I was loading my personal belongings from my old car into my new car. Mike then reviewed all of the aspects of the car to me, and by 3:00pm I was on my way. Whenever my husband makes a major purchase he researches the potential product/service VERY thoroughly - which on occasion drives me insane. After intense research and phone calls galore, we decided to purchase our 2012 Camry with Toyota of Naperville and cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with all involved, particularly our salesman, Justin Buck, sales manager, Nino McMorris, and business manager, AJ Reilly. We never felt overly pressured, as was the case with other dealerships, during the 1 week interval between our first visit at this facility and our purchase yesterday evening. Despite the fact that we hadn't made our decision to purchase until late in the day, arriving at the dealership at 8:30 PM - near closing I might add - every last one of the employees we dealt with went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We rolled out of there with our new vehicle around 10:30 pm and not one person made us feel uneasy about the late night negotiations. Most importantly though, we left feeling as though the product is commensurate with the price of the vehicle. That said, I would definately return to this dealership should we decide to purchase another Toyota. More
