This is really a top-notch dealership - far better than any of the other dealers I visited in my search process. I worked with Tom Clancy and I visited this dealer several times before I actually purchased the vehicle and each time was a good experience. Tom didn't want to just sell me any car, he wanted to make sure I was getting the right car and was patient with me during the decision-making process. I called before I visited each time and made an appointment, and Tom parked the vehicles that were matching my criteria in front so they were ready for me to test drive when I arrived. We went on several test drives and Tom knew all about the features of each car. I didn't know about the test track in Naperville, but that was pretty neat that I could test drive the cars there. The negotiating process was smooth and up front and they didn't use any gimmicks that seem to be all too common at other dealers these days. I feel like I got a great deal with what they gave me for my trade-in and with what I paid for the new car. On the day that I bought the car, I called ahead again because we had already agreed on a price, and they had everything ready when I arrived and it was a seamless process. I had to meet with several people, as you always do when you buy a car, and every one of them was competent and polite. This dealer seems to have an efficient system in place for purchasing a car, which is a lot different from some of the horror stories I've heard from my friends who recently bought cars from Hyundai and Ford. To top it off, they had my new car washed and spotless by the time I was done with the business part of buying the car. Tom put on my new license plates and even helped me move my stuff from my old car to my new car. Then he showed me how to work all of the features of the new car and even configured my phone for the Bluetooth. I certainly wasn't expecting that buying a car was going to be this enjoyable and smooth. Overall, I give them an A+ and I would highly recommend this dealership. **If possible, try to work with Tom Clancy when you go there because he was very honest and, by far, the best salesperson I've dealt with in a long time! We called ahead to speak with a sales person about a specific car and when we got there he had the car pulled up into the car garage show room since it was raining so we could take a look at it under li specific car and when we got there he had the car pulled up into the car garage show room since it was raining so we could take a look at it under lights and out of the rain. He offered us water or coffee as soon as we walked through the door, offered our kids to play in the children's play area while we looked at the car. The sales person took it around the parking lot, put gas in the tank so we could take it for a test drive and got familiar with the car before we even showed up. So when we were looking at the car the sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions that we had. This was the most pleasant car shopping experience we've ever had! More

He allowed me to take my time test driving vehicles and I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. Nadeem was able to identify an inbound factory vehicle that matched what I intended to order which minimized the "wait time" for delivery. Nadeem made sure to accommodate all of my requests to ensure I was happy with my purchase and kept me well informed through delivery. I am from Central Illinois and made the 2 hour trip to Naperville for my second purchase of a Camry from Dave. I had worked out all the details with Dave before I made the drive and knew I wouldn't be disappointed when I got there. I really tried to buy local this time, but was very disappointed when I tried. The customer service at your dealership cannot be matched. I drove away knowing that if I did encounter a problem in the future it would be taken care of. My biggest regret is that I cannot bring the car back to your dealership for the scheduled maintenance as I did with our other Camry. Yes, I made the 2 hour drive knowing that the car was going to be properly taken care of by your service department. I know it will be years before we will be in the market for another car, but be sure we will recommend your dealership and Dave to all our relatives in the Chicagoland area.
